I don't remember the country I was born in. It's a strange thing to carry around: a place that shaped where I ended up and that I have no images of. It left me without much instinct for tradition. Things are done a certain way in the place you land, and if you arrived late enough you can see that it's a choice rather than the natural order.

I need to be the architect of my own life and the force of nature that drives change through every obstacle in its way.

Big ideas and change are what I care about, more than almost anything. The accepted truth and the current state of things don't hold my attention for a second. I don't want to step into the footprints of the person who walked ahead of me, even when the path is obviously easier that way. I would rather look for one that isn't there yet.
